Requirements
To serve all partners equally, XLdoc has set a number of requirements that need to be fulfilled before becoming a partner.
- Training: several training modules should successfully be accomplished by a number of people. The training modules depend on relevant XLdoc products.
- Deliver customer information: the partner should deliver customer information to develop customer cases and to build a XLdoc brand. From a certain level it is possible to buy out this obligation and deliver XLdoc as an own brand.
- General conditions: all partners should agree on general conditions considering product assembling, quality of work, etc. The detailed conditions depend on the partner level.
Privileges
To support all partners equally, XLdoc has set a number of privileges that depend on the partner level.
- Cost of products: the costs of products are based on a standardized pricelist. The more a partner is successful with XLdoc the lower the price.
- Branding: a partner may assemble own solutions, by a combination of XLdoc applications and modules, but should make clear it is “powered by XLdoc”. It is possible to buy out the powered by XLdoc obligation.
- Partner application: based on level, the partner application contains several tools to manage (new) customers, such as:
- Marketing & Sales Tools: several materials will become available to all partner levels such as product data sheets, customer cases, demo application, ROI tool and a questionnaire.
- Administration & Management Tools: several materials and tools will become available to manage customers and their applications.
- Implementation & Training Tools: an implementation methodology will become available to the XLdoc Certified Solution Provider to guide the implementation process.
