The pricing structure of the XLdoc Suite is based on the principle of Software as a Service (SaaS). When desired it is also possible to buy XLdoc in License.
SaaS Model
In the SaaS Model the software functionalities are rented. No investment is needed to buy software, servers (hardware), implementation and training for maintenance. All functionality is online available. Serverhosting, management and maintenance is executed by XLdoc. By paying for usage, the initial costs are low.
Partner Revenues
Partners can sell the XLdoc Suite to their customers, adding an additional fee. The partner can grow its revenues by:

- Internal efficiency
- Increase margin of XLdoc licenses and subscription fee
- Usage fees
- Present additional services to their customers
- Increase sales from activities which are currently executed by other parties

Platform
In order to service many different customers, in size and industries and with a variety of requests we have introduced the Application Platform. The pricing of these platforms is both based on technical possibilities (functions and features), management and maintenance, service levels and value delivered.
Light
Our Light platform offers a low threshold entry level for companies who want to learn about the benefits of Publish-on-Demand or companies with limited document requests. This is a standard off the shelve application in the XLdoc style.
Standard
Our Standard platform offers the full suite of XLdoc applications and modules based on standard settings. Small and mid sized companies or large companies with limited document request are typical customers for this platform.
Professional
The professional platform offers customers the possibility to create custom style sheets for the applications and to create templates by themselves. This platform is for mid size or large companies who want to manage the whole chain of the document lifecycle.
Enterprise
The Enterprise Platform offers a publishing solution completely geared to the needs of the customer. It allows many customizations of the platform such as properties and screens, dashboard portlets, reports and statistics. This platform also allows external database integrations and the maintenance of a test environment for updates. The Enterprise Platform is for large international corporate organizations with advanced needs. Enterprise offers superior support levels.
