XLdoc has developed four applications which cover the document lifecycle process. The XLdoc Portal is required for every implementation, containing all basic functions of the XLdoc Suite. Several services support a good implementation and usage of the system.

These basic applications can be extended with modules which provide additional functionalities and can be selected individually. The architecture of the system enables a flexible system, configured to specific needs.
