Although there is an advanced authorization process, you may want to assign each user specific rights to create or order a document. The XLdoc Approval Workflow guides this process by differentiating the creation and approval authorizations. Before the document is published or ordered, it should be validated by the assigned approvers. The approver can accept, reject, add notes and/or make changes to the process (publication, order, etc.).
