XLdoc Partner Hosting
The Hosting solution offers care free hosting for partners. Several hosting packages can be chosen, to best serve many needs. XLdoc Partner Hosting includes data storage for data traffic, back-ups and storage of backups. Packages include available Gigabytes.
XLdoc Partner Support
The Support program provides a helpdesk, both online (ticketing) and by telephone to help partners to use the full feature set of XLdoc. Support packages for XLdoc are offered in various use bundles, based on hours and prices.
XLdoc Customizations
If additional functionalities, outside of the standard XLdoc Suite are needed, XLdoc offers customizations. XLdoc might decide to include certain customer customizations in the standard functionality of the XLdoc suite, ensuring ongoing development, bug fixes and support.
XLdoc Partner Application
To enable XLdoc Partners to sell, implement and manage XLdoc, an XLdoc Partner Application has been developed with software tools to enable independent operation of XLdoc. The exact configuration of the Partner Application is dependent on partner level.
XLdoc Partner Training
To achieve a certain partner level, a partner should accomplish some training modules successfully. After having received training, the examination should be passed sufficiently. Training can be separated in three parts: XLdoc Functional & Commercial Training, XLdoc Management Training and XLdoc Technical Training.
