The XLdoc Creation Studio allows users with no technical or graphical background whatsoever to easily create well-designed documents. In the XLdoc Creation Studio you can create, revise and maintain documents. The application allows authorized users to manage documents based on flexible templates, with advanced possibilities such as automatic text fitting, optional picture positions, scalable pictures, scrolling text boxes, etc. This application is especially suited for creating standard collateral such as leaflets, mailers, brochures, product data sheets and customer cases.
To use the XLdoc Creation Studio, the XLdoc Portal is required. Furthermore it is recommended to implement the XLdoc Digital Asset Manager. This application enables you to use (cropped) images in your document and also to upload, manage and download all kinds of digital assets.
The XLdoc Creation Studio is also offered in a light version in which the amount of available templates is limited.
