The XLdoc Digital Asset Manager can be used to store, find and access media files, such as images, fonts, logos, PDFs, design files, videos, zip files, office documents, or any other digital assets existing in the company. After uploading the material can be downloaded and managed. The exact management functionality depends on the file type and user rights. The XLdoc Digital Asset Manager has advanced search and filter features as well as extensive authorization management capabilities.
To use the XLdoc Digital Asset Manager, the XLdoc Portal is required.
