XLdoc Ordering provides the possibility to configure the ordering of assets, marketing materials or other documents or media online. The authorized user has access to a worldwide supplier network and is able to control budgets with an approval workflow.
To use XLdoc Ordering, the XLdoc Portal is required. Furthermore it is recommended to implement the XLdoc Digital Asset Manager. This application enables you order other assets such as images, and to upload, manage and download all kinds of digital assets.
XLdoc Ordering is also offered in a light version in which the amount of available orderable items is limited.
